LoveTuneAi is an AI-powered service that creates personalized songs based on user-provided information. The service includes:

  • AI-generated lyrics based on your input
  • AI-generated audio tracks
  • AI-generated cover art
  • Hosting and sharing of created content

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

  • Provide a valid email address
  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are available only after purchase
  • Additional credits can be purchased via our pricing page
  • Credits do not expire and are non-refundable
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

5. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain ownership of the personal information and content you provide (names, memories, photos).

Generated Content: Songs created using our Service are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

  • Share songs with friends and family
  • Post songs on social media with attribution
  • Use songs for personal celebrations

Commercial use (advertising, resale, public performance for profit) requires additional licensing. Contact us for commercial inquiries.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Impersonate others without consent
  • Create content about minors without parental consent
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Spam or abuse our systems
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for quality:

8. Limitation of Liability

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Düsseldorf, Germany.
